Refund policy


You can request return & refund service for items purchased at Genoptory Store:

  1. Within 30 calendar days after receiving your items.
  2. The product is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To request your return, please send email to and provide us with:

  1. Order number and email address
  2. The item you want to return
  3. The reason for return 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


  1. It is requested beyond 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. The product sent back does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging or any part is not in new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
  3. Any damage of product is caused by purchaser.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 


Shipping for Return 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for arranging the shipment and paying for the shipping fee by themselves.

If due to our responsibilities, for example, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. We’ll arrange the shipment and send you a return shipping label.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return request are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
